People often wait for the perfect moment to start. The right amount of money. The right connections. The right circumstances. But perfect moments are rare, and waiting for them is one of the most effective ways to never begin. I didn't have a perfect moment. I had a hard season, a clear vision, and nothing left to lose.

It started with t-shirts. Faith-based tees that said what I believed, what I was living, what I needed to hear on the hard days. I used print-on-demand so I didn't need inventory. I set up an Etsy shop because it was accessible. I designed things myself because I couldn't afford to outsource it.
Was it perfect? No. Did I make mistakes? Absolutely. But every mistake taught me something. Every small sale gave me momentum. And every step forward — no matter how small — proved that this thing was real.
They don't tell you how many tabs you'll have open. They don't tell you how many late nights you'll spend learning things you never thought you'd need to know — DNS settings, design software, SEO, email marketing, social media strategy. They don't tell you that entrepreneurship requires you to become a version of yourself you haven't met yet.
But they also don't tell you how proud you'll feel the first time someone buys something you made. Or how it feels to see your brand name on a real website with a real domain and a real email address. Or how building something from nothing changes the way you see yourself forever.
